GORE inLighten Return Policy
Since GORE inLighten screens are custom made to your specifications, after 30 days of receiving your order, no exchanges or replacements are possible except for warranty service. Please notify Customer Service immediately, within 30 days, if you receive product that does not meet your order specifications.
All orders are from shipping point, may not be cancelled or changed once they have been entered, and are paid in full when production is completed. We are happy to guide you through measuring, selection of hardware or attachments, and to help you complete your order if you are at all unsure.
